What happened to being candid

It’s not about emotion

It’s not about making a point

It’s just saying

What you really

Need and ought to say

Doesn’t mean it has be

Cruel and unfeeling

It’s just being candid

It’s just saying the truth

Look into my eyes

Tell me how you feel

You never kept it real

My brothers wanna love me

Real connections

They say I’m always

Acting funny

Cause the lost

Up the street

Ending up lonely

Puts me beside me

I live for now

Tomorrow isn’t certain

Ask God

We talked

When I was

Lonely

Just this morning

Love and Connection

Without a perfect soul

It’s okay we live in fear

But truth is

There’s a time to fear

And a time

To keep it real

And it’s only when

You’re real

That you conquer

All your fears

That’s what’s

Missing

Worst case scenario

You lose your mind

And then go missing

You disappear

To leave missing

A nothing

Just a beginning

Keep it real

Those who do

Will end up

Making

Their own ending

I’m just saying

Keep it real

From the beginning

Even with them gone

It’s showing

It’s how you really feel

When you’re real

Well according to them

You’re wild

Oh you mean

My past

Yeah I got one of those

If you called me crazy

I’d consider it true

Yet know

Crazy has no

Immurement

If you want crazy

I’ll show you crazy

After all it’s just

A word

I’m not bound
